Nice TOW cold water cruise, with Gloria. Ant, Pos and Boz arrived after.

Lots of foam on the water, made the cold wind seem stronger, looks like Pos went out underpowered on a 5.8.

Wind light so I rigged my biggest, 65cm board 6.6Koncept and 22cm deltoid, this gear worked good but soun the fin out a couple of times going slow upwind.

Air temp about 14C but windchill would have been much less. Not sure about water temp, but there was patches of brown river stuff off the hills.

Certainly felt cold when I fell in.

Lime stone wetsuit with spray jacke was toasty warm in the sun, just hands getting cold. I have gloves somewhere, but buried deep in my gear box.

Wouldn't mind a few more days like this, much nicer than the squally up and down stuff with thunderstorms!
