Huie playing tricks again. 15 to 18kts when I arrived, so stuck the 6.2 into the 60cm with 20cm deltoid.

THEN Ant arrived, wind dropped 5 kts, got one planing run out, realised I'd forgotten my helmet so had 3 long walks in the shallows, before I really got out there. Wind was now only almost there, did a lot of dogging for my 10km, about 2 hours worth.

Should have changed up to the 65 and 6.6, but couldn't be bothered.

Fingers crossed for it to pick back up didn't work!

Anyway, it was good to be out in some flat water with sunshine. Sailed through qite a bit of weed without finding any burgs, but I can't garuntee they aren't there.

Waricle was more appropriately rigged with his big gear. Ant had some good runs early. I think I saw Fangy planning? 

Greg is just getting back into it and didn't mind the light conditions too much.

Looking forward to the next trip out into the weed.
