Jimmy's beach, nsw. JP SLW 165, Ezzy Lion 6.5, flow 900 foil for a few k's but feeling hairy so swapped to 44 vector weed. MRPS was reading 20+kts but it didn't feel like. Seemed windy but not looking windy on the water or feeling like it in the sail, the board got honkin anyway, so thats good. So much fun riding this thing. It's worn smooth on the deck I so gotta be careful stepping around. I see ugly stack coming if I don't fix that up.
Plan was to go for an hour on the foil, i had the mast track forward a bit from last time, pitch control was dodgy, wind was wacky. Fin was fun.
Chasing swells.
Stopped by dolphins when my hour was done. No watch needed. They surfaced and stayed there to block me, so i thought that'll do, hour done.
Mr T showed his head. He was pleased I was slappin so he heard me coming.
A winger and windsurfer came out. I imagine the big bus SLW must of made a fair wacka slappa sound as I buzzed the wingman. The windsurfer stayed along the shore cruising. Very few other craft on the bay.
An hour is hard. Stoked to have pulled one off today.
