Melville Beach, WA, AU.  One of the nicest Meville days in a long time. Sun,warm,  steady breeze, flat water and no crowds.   Wanted to go back and get the drone and cameras but Slowy talked me out of it.  Very pleasant.  iSonic97, 7mSvR8, FF22(18)

Quick blast at Peli on the Windtech CM + 7.0 Ezzy Lion, 33 Tribal SpdWd. Pretty choppy out in the middle but a lot of fun.

aaaah Melville... again

same gear as yesterday. 7.7m, 63 Rapid 111L, 26 weedmax

Had to do kid pickup today so brought one to Melville while I rigged and waited for mum to take him home. Was watching some nice gusts come through... Finally hit the water at 4, and got what I could. Not enough gusts left to make a good 5x10 but I did get one OK one for 36.3kt 10 second. 10s were 32,33,34,35,36... Wind got patchier so called it quits.

Good to see Boz and Flex at Melville mecca again.

Cant wait to get powered up on the new board at Melville... its going to be very interesting Tongue out

Another day at the local with Flex and the Slow one who was nice and quick today, was in his dirty air when he got his peak, great fun having a proper fin on the Radix 98, heaps of control over the chop even the messy stuff on the outside. The breading ground for the dingers seems to be the speed spot at Melville, Lots of dingers out fun threading the needle was interesting , they need to look a bit more before one gets cleaned up by themselve or one of the windsurfers.

Radix 98 KAR 6.3

What a difference a day makes!

Yesterday I was a bit skunted on the 5.8, and the wind was pretty horrible and full of holes.

Today I was determined not to be skunted, so I rigged a 6.3 + 460 wing, and Huey turned the volume up, so I was freakin lit!!

Pretty awesome fun actually, being so powered up.

The 6.3 was overpowered across and upwind, backhandy and hard to control, but it was sweet off the wind.

Mike White was also on a 6.2, and similarly energised by the experience Laughing and we had some fantastic drags across the river.

Great sesh.  Couldn't find any big speed in the choppy conditions, but it was heaps of fun. Smile
