49 days ago Awesome to be out on the water with everyone. Really enjoyed my sail. Went from 0-20 knots at 3pm after wind shadow stopped blocking the wind. Had to loosen harness after working on my one pack leading up to Xmas. Couldn’t think of a better way to burn some fat blasting on the water.

Wind so we all came in for a drink, after 45 mins picked up again so switched to Isonic 117. Much better, only got about 30 mins then it eased again. Out with Neil, Matt, Paul, Dizzy,Yancy, Zane, Troy, Craig and a few dings. CA 112 - ISONIC 117 / WW32 / TURBO 7.5
