A45 Inverloch.

A really fun session to kick off 2026 with lots of the local sailors. Great to see everyone out having a blast!

Easterly wind at around 18-25. I was a bit underdone most of the time on the 5.2m, stuggling to get out of the gybes and start sometimes, but there was a brief 15-20 mins when the wind was a but more solid and I was nearly powered up OK. The tide got nice and low giving us a nice flat run on the southern Port tack bank.

I am going to suffer badly tomorrow, but i'll know it was worth it all.

Another ripper summer sail at Invy with a good crew of others.

I really should have been on my speed board but stupidly didn't think it would be windy enough so didn't bring it. My board was a bit big for the wind and felt like a boat.

Beautiful conditions with a very low tide and the banks well out.

Carbon Art 87L w 20cm Atomic speed weed and 5.7m KA Speed.
