Christchurch Estuary, NZ ..Nice to be out in the sunshine, but didn't feel in good enough shape to be sailing after doing 58kms yesterday - was struggling a bit with my 7.0 and my fin wasn't helping - checked it when I got home and its worn down to 14.5 cms - G10 sure wears down quick in weed

Hi Mike, I think the last useful gust was at 1340 ..happened to check my watch and thought out of curiosity I'd check what the MPYC records showed for that time when I got home - I forgot - but I just remembered now because I'd made an association in my mind with the "Pratt & Whitney 1340"

...MPYC shows 17 knots for 1340 with the wind thru East - so it was always going to be a bit of a mission getting back  ..at least the 7.0 was useful for the balancing actLaughing
