Well, for s SW it wasn't too bad. I only went out because of the others but I did not regret it.

Didnt look all that windy till we got over the other side then there was plenty.

Marginal forecast so went big sail, big foil.

Pretty much going all the time when in the wind line.

Not a lot of pumping required to get going.

Plenty of Dinghy traffic to avoid with the historic 10 footers out as well.

Yamba, NSW, AU.patrik 120, Ezzy 7.5, patrik 40cm. 25k Wing then this fin session. Mega TOW day. It started off very interesting in that I thought there would be no wind. Feeling bad that I’d jumped the gun on this windsurfari and contemplating going back home due to bad forecasts. All of a sudden there was wind. Enough for wing. Nice swell coming in, great to ride some and flag the wing out a little. I was alone as far as sailors. Two e-foils and later one wing. Indeed, I was fastest on track today! But then the Yamba shark turned showed up. So stoked to have him come to try sailing amp me to do so too. The numbers don’t do it justice. One of the best sessions I’ve had here. Flying over swell walls, bearaways into swell and gybe on the beach, speed runs back out before motoring back out up around the corner. Havnt used the fin that came with board for a long time. Felt great. Spotted Yamba Dave out up the river. Great to have a few runs with shark and a chat about how epic windsurfing is later on shore.

Cheers Sue. The numbers are never big enough, but ohwell. Yes Shark, sometimes the Yamba Shark gets sailed rings around, other times not. I’m a light wind connoisseur 100%.
