Another choppy changee day today, went out on the foil to start as the winds were light, right up until the time I took flight. 

First run got spanked by a gust and slammed my shin into the board,, ouch.

Went back tried another run, same issues went back in and rigged the Manta.

First run on the Manta was nice got a 28 return run was also nice but the wind was backing off again so back to shore for the foil.

Couple of runs on the foil, no carnage till the breeze picked up again then back on the manta

3 runs over and back and that was me done, which was just as well as the brezze pretty much did a runner after I got back to shore.

Great sailing with The Tripple S  Stropp, Slugga, Snides, Lee and Paul, later joined by new Simon on his first sail in over 10 years.
