Going for distance today with Decrep, tried for a coupla hours but kept cramping up.  That 18kt hour had about 8 breaks standing around getting cramp out of foot.  Was a day for hr PB's if you could, as demoed by Chris Ado.  First Combo Gaastra vapor 6.7m JP 134 Slalom JP 36 weed. Second Vapor 6.7 Manta 64 & 33Weed

Just concentrated on distance today, did my best to stay away from rocks and weed, so didn't do much down wind stuff. Was hoping for a better hour, guess I stuffed too many gybes and fell into too many holes.

JP Supersport 100L, NP RS4 6.7m, JP freeride weed 36cm.

Original plan was to go for a wave sail today, unfortunately had the bitch bus in for a service today so was held at the mercy of the caryard, getting distressed looking out the window watching the trees do their mocking dance.

Had a look at G where the swell was huge but the wind looked like it was swing offshore and was getting a bit flukey so I toddled (read chickened out) down to novara to give Hardz and decrep some company on their mission, got down there Hardz is of the water and the wind was dropping, quick rig, Decrep comes in, walk the gear down the chanel to get out due to the realy low tide.

Eventually got out into deeper water got onthe plane thought I'd try some gybing practise with FHO first gybe unco'd it twisted my elbow and shoulder then face planted, bugger that for  game of soldiers, back to the natural grip.

Did a couple of runs made a couple of gybes then came in, felt better for the going out

No bruises, no damage and made a coupla gybes it's all good
