Started out 15 to 20 , but well over 20 while rigging , getting 33s for a few hours in the on off breeze , then all off a sudden it was a white out .
30+ knots , had 2 super powered up runs , more like over powered , then had nothing left . found a nice little weed bank . about 150 m long the only
flat water on the whole lake . Wish i had the energy for another 3 runs .

FF79 + 6.6m.
1 1/2 hours of 3-20kts followed by a nice 1 1/2 hours of 15-25, then 30+
Unfortunately I was already way too tired to hang on. Both arms cramping. Greg managed a few runs and got some excellent speeds.
If only we had started 2 hours later.

Arrived as the morning shift came in. THE NICE 2 HR WESTERLY THEY HAd TURNED INTO 30 KNOT sw. wENT WITH 5.5, rs1, 19 muf & gOT BLOWN AWAY, TOO WINDY TO BEAR AWAY & WHEN i TRIED THE DELTA COULDN'T HANDLE THE HUGE CHOP & then realised I had forgotten the GPS! Bugger, those 40 knot runs were missed!
Wenjt in, was all I could do to get back & Mick rigging. Had a nother go as wind dropped & after that it was up & down, a lot smoother but a bigger sail would have been nice.
Oh well, bedtter than working.

Good training day trying diferent adjustments tuning the sail with a pointer fin.
Was a typical nw wind up and down but when up wow very nice.
very happy to get over 36 knots in chop the gear just hamers and sticks, the 6.6 feels like it can handle so much wind no problems to 35 knots of breeze.
