Jp265, tush raptor 6.5 and Maisch weedy
gybes suddenly improved as I looked where I was going not where my hands were going.
Oddly my stbd gybes quicker despite trying a load of port gybes in alphaland.
Also got a mid 22 alpha 60! really need a mark to gybe around.

Heart wasn't in it today went for a play over in Claudesville which was fun but wasted a bit of time with tweeks. wind picked up thought to myself the run back might ne a bit interesting, wasn't dissapointed as the board was barely touching the water on a 8km run.
Got back changed down board but was never really fully powered up, should have stayted on the bigger board and just done distance as the wind although promised for awhile never realy kicked in with any guts.

I scratch my head for an hour before to deciide on what to rig! Wind up and down. I wish we had an extra 5 kts to do few PBs. mmmh next time maybe.

Great day at Hardies,out on the bigger gear first only got 32.5 things were'nt feeling balanced?then tried the smaller combo as the wind picked up a bit and ventured into the shallows got better results even tho a bit underpowered.

Cruisy sail down at Hardies,Wind didn't really kick in. Good to go for a blast. There was a few crew out today. Had a bit of a downwinder with Nebbs which was fun. Watched slowy for a while, inspirational stuff. PD got a bit nevous an had a spew?Claude tried to clear a tree with his sail, the tree won. Bit worn out today, need more sleep.Need more hours on the water.First one down for 2009.
