Great sail at melville

 

wind had some strong gusts but holes also. Choppy and weedy

Got myself a new weed fin and didnt feel 100% confident but went well in the end.

Some pbs I think

hope some other wannabees got amongst it!

Good day at Hardies,Havn't checked the wind speeds yet but it was BLOODY GOOD. Thought I'd try the hour at first using Isonic 76, 6.5 Overdrive and 30 Finworks weed. Way overpowered but I wasnt coming back in till i'd done what I thought was an hour.

then came in after almost breaking my arm and changed down to the SP40, 4.6 code:red and 20cm CL weedy. got my top speed and nm with that gear.

went out with snides to do some alphas but decided it was flat and windy enough to do some downwinders. Amazed at the results, i rushed back to snides and told him, he can credit me for whatever his top speed is for the day. Wink

gave up when a big stingray started swimming right where we were doing the speed runs, but also because i was absolutely stuffed.

another really great day down at hardie's with all the guys.
