Day 2 of NZ nationals at Dunedin, wind light to start and then got to 25-30kts for afternoon. 10 races max per competitor is a great idea and I'd be knackered otherwise.

used SL62, 6.3 am and SL58 , 5.9 last 2 races

Terry B hit 36.2 max with 34.5 10 sec on the last leg of one heat !! Got to get him onto our team.

Superb Harbour session. 25 knots plus, sunny, warm and WINDY!! Almost boardies weather

CA SL58, 7.0 Overdrive, 32 Vector Rockit. The Overdrive has an amazing range with the option of the low clew setting

Normally sail with a 34 Rockit with this combo but with no sign of movement on PB's something had to change.

Changed to 30 Vector Rockit for last session and went faster again. Mile PB with this combo. 30knot NM on the harbour is on!!!

Choppy and sloppy conditions so stoked with mile PB. (1 sec peaks 32.40)

Hey you guys in Dunners are smoking, welcome aboard Terry B

Welcome Terry B.

It's pretty obvious from your debut post that you know your way around a slalom board! We'll be expecting some big numbers from you!

Terry B is hot local slalom and mtn bike racer, finishes top 3 or 4 in Nationals usually. His wife Annie (NZ womens slalom champ) got him a GT31 for his b/day so he's into it.

That finish leg on day 2 wasn't exactly flat and it took some cahoolies to hold the power on like that.

We're getting him onto the mile problem....should be good.

Hey Neil,

nice NM and great video, and fast !! Looks like nice conditions for the harbour.

How is the access to the ramp area?

Have the barrier arms been shortened yet?

Thanks Mike, one of the best sails on the harbour I've had. Small fins and big sails, where have I heard that before?

Access issue is a 'work in progress' according to Russell
