Isonic 44, overdrive 6.0, C3 venom 26. Typical estuary chop but nice consistant wind. Good for distance. Hope the crew had some good racing in Dunedin.

South Island Cup slalom racing at Dunedin.

10 heats each competitor, 20-22 kts NE, not very wndy for Dunedin.

Speeds are all from races, 5 buoy down wind slalom , 440 metres max between buoys. Miles have 4 gybes in them.

SL63 and 58, Maui TR4 63 and 5.9, C3 Sting38 and Venom 34

Chris Dimock cleaned up, won 7 races. Paul V (Veeman) 2nd, Terry A 3rd.

I was looking good for 5th, won the final race (Chris was over early) but they gave me an OE also which put me 9th.......noice!

Chris even protested my innocence but nobody listening.

Great days racing   bit rusty on the starts nothing on time but not far off.

2x  3rd    5x 2nd   2x 1st    so  not bad.

Chris sailed well we should sign him up.
