Pipe Clay Lagoon, TAS, AU

Sonic 90

KA Kaos 5.7

Why did I leave my 6.4 at home? A bit light for the 5.7 wave sail, but had fun.

I am actually happy to even get going  I reckon it was 12 knots when I was out and I used the new CA47 and 7.3 KA Koncept in no wind and at 90kg I actually got it going a few times. Highlight would have to be my catapult onto the sand bar!!! I was actually going to have a glory run when I look down and Yellow water is not Yellow wwwwwhooska I am putting Hustons loop to shame Honest Kaleb a wave legend will back me up.

Ok a bit optimistic about the bottom end of a 47cm wide speed board but lets face it we would all do the same.

Hope it provided a giggle back on shore. for every epic sail we have to pay with 10 crap ones I have had three in a row!!!!!

Blow wind

Kazza, thats a really good 1 hour considering each run is only 500m long.  I recon you'll be able to get some great 1 hour numbers when you start going for it in the right locations.  2011 look out!

Well done on PBs guys. Kaz that is a great 1 hour. Anything over 20 is really good.

The wind had been crap, we used to get howling 20-25 knot seabreezes. Now they are 5-15 knots.

Todays forecast is no better.

Russ where is a video camera when you need one.

Oh yes the bloodly sand bars, I missed Russ's, I reckon Damo's put extra sand there in the last month so he can make some money selling new booms and repairing sails. Thank god I didn't go through my beautiful new 1995 slalom sail!!!!Innocent
