Mentone, VIC, AU, Great afternoon session with Jman and Evan, thought it might not happen but the forecast didn't disappoint, solid (sea) breeze at times a tad overpowered for the big gear. Changed down to the Rocket as the XciteRide was a little bouncy in the chop which felt great for when the wind was up. Overall good sail and great to be on daylight saving time, I can smell the seabreezes coming.

Really good session with Jerry & Juergen today. At a guess, 15 knots and probably 20 knots further out the back close to Ricketts point. Everything felt in tune today, board, sail & body. First time on the freeride gear for a while. Finally found the perfect length harness lines (28cm) which really made a difference. Tried chasing Jerry around for a bit but the guy never drops a gybe... hard to keep up. Cheers to Jerry for the refreshing beverage afterwards!

Yipeeeeee day light savings is back!!

We had a nice fresh se again at mentone today. Wind was pushing close to 20 knots for a short time and had me wishing I had the 6.2 up instead of the 7.2 but I wasnt going to be the 1st to change down as it turned out the wind backed off a tad to make things a bit easier. As usual Jak was doing some long runs on the barge and I witnesed Even doing a couple of nice gybes on the inside.

Evan, good to see you're the Alpha man today, good Nm too. Good speed Jman, your seat harness seems to work a treat. Might take my pink North seat harness out and give it a shot next time, but it looks a bit ..hmm Embarassed..... old fashioned. 

Urs, there's not much in it. I couldn't get my barge (XciteRide 135) over 23 knots today either, the Rocket 105 was way quicker and easier to sail in the chop. A smaller board should get you flying.
