Afternoon session in the rain until it got dark.

Nice day just missed a 40 with my big kit. Later on helped Kev and tris with a gps compettion for the kids which was great, then Kev managed to get a few gybes in before dark so all was good.

Not good result really,

My back popped getting a mast out the van (amazing really you just don't realise how important your back is till it goes wrong) rigged a 7m then thought it would be to much with my back still in spasm so went for 6.3m luckily.....

Anyway couldn't hold my speed over chop just hurt to much so went for some Alpha's which was a little easier but still cut the session very short.

Weather getting colder and not much fun all in all.

Oh well roll on January. LOL
