JJ (25827km):  4 categories     Safety Bay, WA, AU B&J session (couldn't find a flat patch of water anywhere) with Lao and Jeff, from Carlisle St. boatramp, . NW wind too offshore for the pond and even pretty hopeless where we were until a couple of hundred metres out. Sailed up to the islands north of Penguin Island to catch my first real swell on the Isonic - good fun. Disappointing wind though - no more than 20 knots and pretty gusty. Isonic 86, GPS 6.6, MXR Weedy 28 (nice!)

Obelix (3335km):  Melville Beach, WA, Futura 101, 7m Really tested my patience today. Lunch time break, caught the last gust then waited 1 hour in the water. Caught another few gusts, then back to work. One of them did bring a smile to my face though
