Melville Beach, WA, AU

A bit too choppy for speed but the wind was a nice 20 to 25 knots.

NM felt fast but the huge moguls out in the channel washed off the speed. Fun though.

Mistral 47, Isonic 86 - similar speeds.

Melville Beach, WA, AU

flight came back in last night

got on the water about lunch to some pretty good wind at melville

started on the 90, 5.6 and 34 combo to get me back into the swing of things was struggling with the jybes and the fitness

got a bit tired so came in for a rest and then thought i would go back out on the speed combo 44, 5.6 and 26

struggled even worse on this kit but did get a better peak speed by about 2 knots

came in for another rest and i nearly packed up but decided to go back out on my slalom combo just with a more forgiving fin 90, 5.6 and 30

and this was better, by this time i was starting to sort out my jybes and got about three alphas in pretty lucky that one of them was really good

and then called in quits as i started to cramp up

all up a very cold but nice day to get back on the water

90 ltr mistral sl

44cm CL sp

5.6 reflex 4

34 scarrgo carbon pointer

Nice numbers there, Mark. Sorry I couldn't join you. I love a WNW at Melville, and it was even sunny, but my neck decided to seize up over night so I thought I'd better stay home. It helps if you can look over your shoulder to see where you are going!

Excellent two day effort Lao and JJ! A much needed boost up the ladder.

Hey, great to see you posting again scarrgo! Not too much out of form by the looks of the numbers. Well done on the PB alpha.

One more notch up the ladder...

Sweet PB there Sean - great effort given your lack of recent sailing and the bumpy conditions Cool

Hope to see more of you on your FOs
