4170 days ago 2 categories Good session with Ian..I took what turned out to be the big kit option today. Tested a couple of fins Select CF27 & 29S1e and black project S29. wasnt an ideal test as there was so much weed! Would have been better with a weed speed but I don't have one that small! A bit of a bummer the 2 sec wasnt over 40 as its showed 40.2 and a 40.15 1sec...but that just sums up how hard it was to get a fast run there.

4170 days ago 2 categories Nice little battle with Jimbo, looks like we both beat the old spot record so can't be bad.
I started on the W54 and 6.2 but later switched to the Falcon speed and my old 5.8 RS6, had best 10sec on the 54 and later best peak on the Speed,. Never worked so hard to break 40knots.
West Kirby tomorrow possibly??

Goostaff (2301km):
4170 days ago Some good wind across the uk today but the wind quality here was dreadful, it was turbulent gusty, patchy and pretty much impossible to sail in. Jonny was going very well on his new widestyle board and leant me his Isonic 97Â for the session which was easy smooth to sail. Had some good exercise in the end
I was hoping to sail the formula but again my Neil pryde sail broke the mast, this time whilst rigging it. Total joke, I'm going to bin it if that happens again

4170 days ago Aplha radius of 51 gives me an alpha of 23.64......damn!
Another one at 54 give 23.66. Both PB's by a long way.
Kit used in the morning was my 8 and 7.3 Hot sails 2013. Peak and most 10sec runs were done then. Wind was evil when I went for my double dip re-session.

4170 days ago 2 categories Shame i didn't get out earlier or be able to sail later work and children! Very bumpy, very busy and very shallow had a great day though just wish it was a bit flatter for the 10 second when i was out scary stuff!
Big hats off to John Kennedy you will get faster i'm sure, you have the skills for sure.
Scotty Stallman my man!!!!! can't wait for the day when you go cruising pass me might hurt a bit but i'm sure it wont be to far in the near future keep it up sunshine.

Normski (7844km):
4170 days ago Struggled in the square & gusty conditions...
Tried a sonntag SLS28 (soft, high aspect & upright fin)...needed to be travelling fast to get any 'lift' and in the bumpy conditions the old faithful 27cm select casper worked better.
ISONIC W54 + VAPOR 5.5m

4170 days ago Not good for me today, got sucked into the fleet on the fast incoming tide after only a few runs!Â
Too much swimming and freaking out finished me off!
What a plonker!!
