phil (50227km): Forearms useless and couldnt gybe after hardly any sailing time since March! Wind as usual didnt turn up when the tide was low, so had a battle getting some speed with little flat water. Went out on the JP at first then the wind built enough to have some nice runs on the speed board. Gusty as hell but still great to get out! Pete (132895km): ![]() Lake Weyba, QLD, AU.Only Ken Lowe with me today,15-25 with a few near 30kt gusts lifting me out of the water at times, to choppy for me to push any harder without crashing. First time on 6.3 switchblade,JP96&33select, flat water would be nice. | ||||||||||||||||||
Albert P. Jonsson (11746km): Wellington Point, QLD, AU, Falcon 105, Aerotec 7.5, 40 cm fin. Very southerly it was. Sometimes with a bit of westerly in it. Twenty minutes off and ten minutes on, with the strength decreasing as the day wore on. went up to 19 knots for two seconds at the start and probably only12 in the end. Kevin was alright with the big board and eight metre sail and so was Mick with 7.8 and 125 L. I think it was worth it today. Not as cold and no mud to wade through |
