Went for a sail in a very gusty NW 5-30knots tried my new boards 117L CA and 100L CA. They feel fast But I was not!

Ribs not great today after a I stacked a gybe. I used 6.3m loft switchblade and JP31 weedy.

Mick , Johnny and Hugh were killing it today, can't wait to see their posts.

Took the 6m , should have taken the 6.6m but looked windy , Dion and Greg where on the big sails

Well done dion , smashed us again , smoken run for 150 m run , imagine on the big ones , greg had the best stack snapped his carbon boom in half

6 m hotsails maui and patrik 87 slalom , tried the 71 speed but too short a run , great team effort . Stuart will do first post soon

The actual distance is 267 m , so great speeds for a short run 

Booti Booti, NSW, AU. What a strange day! Started with a lovely NE about 25 knots, gusting 30 and had some nice runs, then got stuck offshore trying to waterstart when the wind died. The wind came back eventually very gusty so sailed in and had a break as arms a bit tired. Watching Andre sail and the wind swung to the WNW and hammered through again 25 knots plus. Very gusty but quite flat - never sailed Booti in that direction, over to the boatshed sandbar and back. 5.5m GTX and Carbon Art 93 were good fun, but hard work early on. At least the wind came back,and very happy with my speed! Got to work on the gybes though.

Very testing day. Rigged 5.5 Vapor Falcon SL79 and Vector 27 weedspeed and got about 15mins of powered wind from the NNE-NE 25-30. Then it went all strange. It dropped right off and then went gusty from the north to norwest. Then it swung west and picked up again. Bullets of 25-30k.Swapped boards to the Hawk 93 and finworks 10.5 for a more satifying sail. Not a lot of flat today, but pleased I got a few decent runs in.

 Good turnout. Rob, Jason,Choomp, Andre and Chris blasting about.

iSonic 107, 6.5NCXPro with 31BP Weedfin. Wind direction shifted many times today from NE to Westerly. Felt overpowered in the big gusts when wind went ballistic. Overall , a good day but trying.

Good day for me with a new best speed. But very gusty, and just look at the change in direction.  Never sailed Booti in a NE to a Westerly. A day on the water is a good day.

Hi Dion,

Mark J & I both looked at your data on the borrowed Garmin GPS from Mark J.

We worked out your 2 second Peak was 35.55 Knots.

So I changed it / to 35.55 knots, plus like you said Dion you don't want a PB using a Garmin because they are not

as accurate as a GT-31 using doppler.
