Inverloch Vic AU

Not a happy camper today.  Had the car packed and was on the way out the door to the PiT at 8 planning a whole day sailing on the best SW wind we've had since 2012!!!!!  Heard my work phone ring, i ignored it (being Sunday), then it rang 3 mroe times in quick succession.  I answered the last one and sure enough got the emergency call to work and had to head to Traralgon.  Lost my whole day !!!

got back to Invy this arvo and had a really quick session. Low tide, but almost no where to sail at the moment, sand bars everywhere!!!  Couldnt get wound up and was still p155ed off from working so didnt really give it a good crack. Not a bad NM with 3 gybes in it!!!

Oh yeah, worst part.... because of what happened today, i need to cancel my holiday plans for the week - I wont be heading up north to Sanctuary Point with the rest of the busters now either!!!!!!!!!!!  NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good day out. Went out early at high tide. 30knts over the bumps was somewhere between silly and exciting. Came back later when the water was flattening out. Took out the new mXr speed weed - just as well as the sands bars were everywhere!

My next experiment will be to see if I can drive home asleep, got the accelerator working so far.

Could have sworn I had a better pace, the GPS showed 10sec AVG of 29kn's :(
