Town Green, Port Macquarie, NSW, AU Fun blast on Town Green with Garry and another fellow (sorry, forgot ya name...). Started off a little light (10-12 knots?), but lovely and smooth on high tide, then came in nice (14-18 knots) pretty well when I had to leave- typical...   6.6 Loft, 111 Futura. Seen Mark J for a yarn, so a nice day out.  PS- Pretty happy with my Alpha, but no-idea how some of you guys pull off 20 knot plus ones!  I'll get there...

Nice fun sail today should have used the bigger board and sail, look like it was going to get winder! Few blokes out Johnny, Mick, Pugs, Old Pete and Greg F to name a few.

JP Single Thruster 93, KA Killer Wave 5.7

Was windy and wanted to take the new wavesails for a run. Way too much sail to have fun - I would have rerigged the 5m but had to collect the boy from day care so soldiered on for a few more runs on the 5.7.  I am so used to how much sail one can handle with cambers and shaping - havent used wavesails in almost 2 years and forgot how twitchy they are in gusty wind. Sail sets nice and the measurements are spot on which is great. Looking forard to usng her in less demanding conditions. KA RDM masts feel really nice and responsive

What a strange and frustrating session that was. Wind was from 3 different directions across the bay. NE near the shore launch, N in the middle and NW on the far shore, how weird!! Never had any great runs as it was always swinging around and could never get into rhythm for any time or distance. Very gusty and puffy to the max. Strength no more than 12-14 knots.

Still it counts as a session so I am happy with that, + 3 days in a row so that's sweet.

It got a bit choppy once the tide started to run out.

Gosford, NSW, AU Caroline Bay NE to NW shifty, gusty horrible wind 7-15 knots. Enjoyed being my windsurfing buddies Wayne Bailey and Paul Caska but sailing conditions were horrible.

Coal Point, NSW, AU.  Disappointing.  Got there late, and the wind died early.  Nice to be on the water with so many sailors.  I guess we all hoped for a little bit more.  Looking forward to Sunday.
