anywhere near the water would have been a good place to be today with the temp hitting 42 in some places .

Great day on the water didnt think it would be that good with a change coming.

 2014. iS 80L - NP.3 6.2 Bp.30cm, reset my back foot straps to the last hole and mast track back 20 mm from center. Wow this board fly's, with the changes. Tried to go for the long distance but the wind was very up & down in the middle of the bay.

Great to be out with the Mob the water was great to cool off, did not mind to drop some of my jybes........

I did not bother to sail at the bank,  I wanted to test the board after the changes I made.

Not quite as awesome as yesterday, but still great to get out 2 days in a row... some chap broke his mast then lost his board in the process... went in to get my big board to help out... that just wasted what was left of my energy...

Need to really figure out how to stop hanging on so much and let the harness do the work... I think that's my biggest issue... I think the jump from 15cm to 28cm harness lines is just too much... will organise some 22cm ones and see how it goes...

Wind very patchy today with plenty of holes. Spent most of my time on the boat JP66 which worked surprisingly well with the 6.3. Only fool to try the speed board today. Hard work when tired but the water was so flat and uncrowded towards the end of the day.

Looking foward to a rest day tomorrow but my wife has organised to climb Mt Warning at 3.30 in the morning. Over 4 km walk straight up!

Got down late but wind was still there, had a good sail until it started getting flukey. Had a run down to lota but tide was too high and ran agroung as i couldn't tell where the banks were.

Well that wasn't what I expected. Turned up at lunchtime with a king tide and it was a washing machine. Seemed windy so rigged up small sail bump and jump gear. Headed out and the wind dropped so spent most of the time up to my knee's with a submarine under me somewhere. Where did the wind go? I should have rigged bigger with the slalom gear as it was not fun. Wind kicked a couple time but didn't happen while I was there. Great to sail with the mob though (good to meet you Vando) and hope I can make it there for the speed bank sometime.

File was corrupt KA72 or Windwanderers would not load it so had to use Real Speed.

All in all a good sail bit underdone with the small gear but much better direction today making it more fun the yesterday.

Good turn out again by the Mob.
