Larko (11468km): Middle Creek Reserve, NSW, AU Needed that, nice way to end a hot, muggy week in Sydney!! Some decent gusts out there after work. Very choppy and very gusty!! Chris, Big Mike and myself playing follow the leader with a couple of scary bear aways in the chop downwind. Too much sail at times. Not a whitecap on the ocean, been like that for 4 days now. Just funnels down off Narra. Falcon 112, Evo V 7.8, Weedster 32.
Lee Condell (1293km): Having missed all the good wind this week had a sneaky sail last hour before dark at Palmie. Only brought big gear and was overpowered! Very Northerly and surprisingly choppy, but fun anyway with the Ray 125L and 8.2m Sand Point, Palm Beach, NSW, AU
AlfaMale (19049km): Day of Drama!
Started off at Kurnell, and no-one else there so headed upwind to Kyeemagh. 1. Fell on my sail getting off at the beach and put a hole in old faithful, bigger than my head. 2. Tried taping it (thanks Craig and Remi) to no avail... so decided 'stuff it' and sailed with a hole. After adjusting to the slightly different 'feel' I had a blast! 34kts with a hole in the main panel ain't bad!!! 3. Came-off mid-gybe after hitting that 34 kts. In front of everyone! Ohh the shame. I blame the hole! It put me off balance! I also pulled off a few planing lay-downs, and a ducky (with a 7 mind you!).... good fun except for the damn monofilm.
Exocet RS2, Select (insert random number) carbon 31cm fin and 'holey' 7m TR6 Maui sails. Big thanks to ROAR for the lift back to my car. Getting downwind in those 30kt gusts on a 7.0 would have been HARD!
16 Km in the first run, including a few warm-ups.... so about 13km I'd say.
Then some fun blasting Good fun, but glad to get home safely!

Tim Ford (8857km): Sneaky Friday avo session with Pudsey Boy before picking up the kids Jp SS 118/NP H2 Racing 7.7. JP 42 fin - such a great baord to blat about on. Was off the water by 3 when the wind came in, should of had formula gear.

Sean Dayhew (8784km): Taylors Point, NSW, Quick formula sail with Ads & Dave Jp Formula power, vmg k70, rsr 9.8 the ocean told a tale of 8-10knots which i foolishly believed.. the mess of whitewater on pittwater told a different story. Had a few interesting moments..
