3707 days ago Budgewoi Lake, NSW, AU. Nice N/Er which backed in the end. 15/18. Heaps of dudes out and so good to be on the water. Sailing straight over the thick weed beds today without a problem. The only problem was you could not see the wind coming. Nice arvo with the boys and Gal. 7.1 Ka Race 115 Patrik 22 Delta. Go Marauders!!!

3707 days ago Budgewoi Lake, NSW, AU nice NE wind 12-18 knots. Old NP 7.5 V8 + JP 112L + 21cm MUF. Bit overpowered to start off with but as it backed off the rig became more manageable. Nice to sail with the usual Budgie crew (Mick, Milsy, Sue, Matt, Paul B, Old Pete, Pugs & Frothie). Great to see Matty D back again after a long injury lay-off. Onya Matty welcome back, just look after your back.
Saw 2 of our better boys (no names) come very close to a head-on but they luckily missed each other by just a few feet!! Looked close to me.
Going across the weed beds was good if a little bit shallow in spots and the wind was not visible on the weed, so it was hard to get set for any gusts, very unusual indeed!
