SB W49, Vector SW 23, SV R4 5.6m

Put everything on hold today and decided to hang around Primbee and see what the wind was going to do. So waited around for 3 hours sanding fins etc. Eventually it came and it played out like this - 2 rigs, 2 runs, 2 sec PB!

Happy Birthday to me, 2 second PB! Laughing

Hope everyone had a blast. Pitty i ran out of time just as I was warming up.

Primbee, NSW, AU

SB Carve 99L, 5.2m Loft Pure Lip, 26cm Uni wf. Great to get the westerlies again, initially they were bit up and down but became more consistent through the arvo. Water levels still low with quite a bit of fin grinding happening but levels not as bad as last week. Great two runs Stu. Maybe tomorrow's conditions will be similar.

Primbee, NSW, AU W turning to WSW up to 30 knots or so.

Late in the day sail. Started off very poorly when I found that I had forgotten a mast extension - dohFrown. Fortunately Mathew from the Pit Crew turned up and loaned me an extension & universal - a big thanks!!Cool.

Great fun sail and pretty flat water - some good gusts. Probably a PB for the iS90. The fin was a tad big for the water - a lot of scraping along the bottom - oh well, nothing that a little fin polishing can't fix.

The wind swung a bit to the south making the last run good for a NM.

Nice session boys. Congrats to all of you, some very good numbers there. I'm very disappointed I wasn't able to be there. I knew as soon as that westerly started I was going to miss some good conditions.

Great PB Stu.  Wish I could have been there.  October westerlies with a temp in the high 20's...like heaven on earth.

Thanks guys, a bonus westerly was a nice birthday gift from the wind gods. Great effort from everyone to get out late in the day for quick blast. Nice numbers Bushy and well done Phil and Matt. Really felt I could have gone a bit quicker if I had a chance. Man that combo feels good. Didn't feel like a PB just felt like I was warming up and ready to push harder. Oh well next time. Bring on LG!
