Byron Mcilveen (64786km): Budgewoi Lake, NSW, AU TR9 6.6 , RS2 21.5cm home made fin. Nice litle sail underpowered on 6.6 only 18 to 20 Bruce tells me it was beter earlier. Prety happy with the speed and alpha in those conditions.
Bruce Healey (24403km): Budgewoi Lake, NSW, AU Early start, Ancient Seatrend, 5.9, 19 MUF, wanted to test if the 237th attempt to make the delta fit snug in the fin box would work. Nope, weed moustache again. Came in to swap to CASL62 with same delta fin. by which time the wind had gone from about 25knots to about 20. Still going really well with the 5.9. Byron & Pugs came out & yhen Wayno & Johnno, all rigging 6.6ish. Not a ghosties but there was pretty flat water to get some nice comfortable runs. Merry Xmas evryone.
Ian Wright (16360km): Marmong Point, NSW, AU Great sailing at Marmong today in a southerly that Seabreeze didn,t know about.I'll take it as a early Christmas present.!!! 15-20 knots a bit shifty and gusty but still great. Futura 122, P7 AC 0 6.6 in a 460 loft rdm, Techtonics T43 38cm which is unreal improvement over the standard Drake 40. Only a few sailors and kiters out today.. Merry Chriatmas to all ............
adamhatfield (2074km): Complete surprise to have a southerly come through today. great fun and finally passed that 25 knot threshold. Very happy as it was pretty choppy out there. NP Atlas 6.2 Rocket 115 Marmong Point, NSW, AU |
