As rough as it gets today, really fun sailing conditions, 25+kts from the south around to the south east, lots of big waves to launch of out in the middle, runs in close were choppy and a bit gusty but all in all a great day for a sail. Good to sail with Tex, Al and Terry. Congratulations Terry, no dramas today.

Primbee, NSW, AU    Well after the breakages from my last two outings, I rigged small and did not

venture out into the middle, even out near the green post was super choppy.

A high tide and a gusty SE made for some smooth water along the edge.

Tabou 95l Rocket   Loft 5.3 freeride    We were there MT, Tex, Al, John.

Jimmy's Beach, NSW, AU, SSE up to 20 knots or so.

Raceboarding with Ben. Started off on the SV RB 9.5m sail and this was very hard work upwind - just too far out of its working range. Some crazy choppy water in places, but a hoot off the wind. We decided to changed to the Reflex sail and this proved to be soooo much better in the conditions. Definitely faster upwind , more controllable and well powered off the wind. It's weakness is in the lulls - no glide.

The Phantom was just fantastic over the rough water. The session turned out to but a lot of funCool.

Last day on the Raceboard for a while. Out with Dad first off with the Raceboard sail, then with the Reflex which felt a whole lot better. It is just great fun to cruise downwind on the plane with the raceboard. One of my favourite planning boards.

It has been a fantastic week of sailing. Out of 6 days sailing 5 with beautiful planning conditions. Could not have asked for better conditions (sunny and windy), and were able to get the best of the wind. Saw dolphins almost every day too. Great way to spend the holidays and my last week in Australia for a bit.
