Wow what a day I love summer NE and coal point what a spot.

I saw a dolphin and a turtle in crystal clear waters.

Tide was super low and the bank at the sand islands was fully out of the water making nice litle speed runs.

I did an hr on the 8.4 and amazed at what you can hold that in.

Did an hr on the 7.7 the sail pick of the day. I was nicely powered up with this.

Then did 45 min on 6.6 but wind started dying still feels super easy and quick, unreal day.

Unbelievable to get a 30 plus nautical in the rough chop happy with that.

The hr potential at this place is huge. I was doing short speed runs for half of the hr then decided to do a nautical and a run that I recon is 5 km each way to Toronto and back to get almost 24 hr happy days. I am going to smash my pb there this year for sure.

Just bloody unreal spot so lucky in Lake Mac.

Great to see Nick again, Hue, James and others out good times.

Beautiful after work session at Coal Point.   First seabreeze out there for me this season.  Good to have some nice long runs through the chop side by side and not be too much slower than Byron (I think he was going easy on me).    Great afternoon, and forecast looking good for the next few days.

Byron that spot sounds incredible, I'd give my left nut for 5km long runs in crystal clear waters. Can't believe how much time on the water you get at Lake Mac...I never knew it blew so much there. May have to plan a trip down there. Great speeds you've been racking up lately.

Good to see you getting some sailing time in James, I reckon it's those dark chocolate Tim Tams that let you keep up with Byron. The perfect speed snack!
