Slowboat (52242km):  6 categories       Melville, WNWer ! Got there and it was windy so rigged the 7.1m M137 CLSL1-38. Big lull as I got on the water... and it kept dropping. doh. Waited a while and then rigged the 7.9m. Wind came back (but ~5kts less than early on according to SB- doh doh doh). It was enough for some nice blasts and got a few little gusts. Highlight was a squall that came through- as it hit I got powered up and Jay got slammed. Turned around to see the spray... nice one! Maybe same again tomorrow. That was fun. | ||||||||||||||||||
Snides (28038km):  1 categories fun arvo sail in wintery conditions.. westerly and gusty (15 to 18ish) but generally the river was as flat as a tack... could of easily been on the 100ltr board but happy with sticking with the big girl and the numbers she spat out.. great to have a sail and beer with firie Bob and big Daz back on the beach.
