3218 days ago Had a really fun sesh today with carl. Also trousers, jacko and geoff were there. Sailed big kit the whole time. 7.8 sail, 113 falcon board and 42.5 fin. Really happy with numbers. The nautical is a bit of a suprise for the light winds. I just kept on sailing. Biggest distance for a long while even though it was light winds. Great fun day :-).

Not the best of days. Went to rig the 7.3 but found the top section of 460 mast had and fracture in it. Put up the 6.3 but struggled at the beginning but once up near the reed beds the wind felt stronger, found some smooth water and had some enjoyable runs.

Better day than expected, mostly southerly, probably up to 18kt gusts but a touch holey. So another big gear day - Manta100l, OD7.0 and S09 35cm to start with. Spent the first hour or so on that fin, but then came in and swapped to the 375BPR, which was far better.
Just a cruisey day dragging around with Sam, Carl, Jacko, Geoff, PJ and Leon. Big thanks to PJ for lending me one of his GPS' as mine's still with Dave.
Unfortunately as I was derigging, Leon pointed out some real rough spots on my board, and it looks like it's got water in and is delaminating. It was hard to see because of the finish on the bottom, but running your hand over it was unmistakably lumpy. Spewing, I love that board. On the upside, sounds like it's time to go shopping...
[edit] Wow, an hour PB somehow. Schweeet. Also big ups Geoff - you did good today!!

Forecast looked a little average but went anyway. Got there and the wind picked up a short time later. Had some great runs on the big kit and happy with all round numbers. Big crew out Sam, Trousers, Leon, Geoff, PJ and Jacko. Great to see a huge Bogan turnout. Time to organise a BBQ .
