Pretty bad mornings sail at VP as wind up and down, mostly down. But did come in for the last 1/2 hr or so. Rigged way too small and to the forecast not the conditions, I'll never learn!!!
Heaps of people out sailing - over 20 at one stage! Good to catch up with Morgs, Mal and others.

A great afternoon with Chriso, Phil, Bisek, Rolz and Chrisl, well worth the effort associated with getiing through the mud and weed at the end of the day. What a great place to sail. The 21+ alpha is a PB for Morton Bay. It was my third visit to Cox Bank and finally it delivered.

3326 days ago 2 categories   First time at Point Halloran and what a great place for a cross wind blast. Spent the first hour chasing Chris and just worn out after that! Tried a few U turns and some runs off the wind. That tired that I pulled the plug at the best tide/wind and headed back to shore. Had a good laugh at Bisek and John wallowing in the mud until I realised I was only half way in and ended up joining them crawling in 6 inches of water and 2 ft of MUD  Just wish I had a camera!!!

Good day with a bunch of Wynnum sailers boosting numbers - on the water at about 12 - 6.5 was the right choice but as the day progressed I became overpowered.
If I had known I had gone 90k I would have stayed out a bit longer to crack the ton!!!
