You could have rigged anything today and at some stage it would have been right. The big mistral and 7.9 sail was right about 50% of the time. There was a big rain squal where the 7.9 was a handful, but the board behaved beautifully. This is where I did my best speeds. After the sqauall the wind settled into cruisey 13 to 14 kts. I had a great afternoon untill I hit somethong and drove the fin head into the deep tuttle box. I've got to figure out how to remove the fin to assertain the damage to the box. The submerged object was about 2/3s down and about 20m off the bank. I'm not sure what it was, probably some wildlife. There is very little damage to the fin.

What a wild day started off with no wind waited most of the day then decided to just go out spent 2hrs dredging around only planning 4 times then a rain squal came which was too much wind and pissing down making it hard to see, the joys of windsurfing.
