2985 days ago Well, one windy day, up and down like a yoyo, I wasn't planing on going out today because I pulled a tendon yesterday so was in a bit of pain! My gear was a bit hard to handle going up wind in the gnarly stuff, but ended up being worth it! Go Smugglers!!

Everyone was coming in as I got there at 1pm, so i took my time getting ready so i could heva a catch up with a few like Larko, Pugs, Jono, Johnny, Micky, Frothie, and Fergo. Went out and saw Troy in the distance going pretty quick, tried to catch up with him but he was going for the hour, later on Old Pete came out for a short blast.
Not as strong as yesterday but still strong enough to make it hard work, still I went better in comparison. Not as cold either thank goodness.
Congrats to Troy snd his wife who are expecting their 1st baby, good one mate.

What a way to blow out the cobwebs, definitely beats sanding the floors (sorry neighbours I'll be making lots of dust and noise tommorrow). Its been quite a while since I've been out so I had a great time. Gear felt good most of the time however I reckon I could have cracked my elusive 36 knots with smaller gear, but since this is my small gear it was the best I could do. Everyone seamed to take off early afternoon so I went for the hour I was looking to get the twenty which I was happy to achieve, though it could have been even better without my silly tired mistakes. Plenty out, you know who you are.
