Late Novara sail to get a s fix of lumpy goodness, wind was wafting in and out but fun none the less only managed 2-1/2 runs before a harnes line went "plink" which was a bettere time to happen rather than a day which was going of.
Nice to get wet and some lumpy pumpy

SSE 12-18 knots-Fanatic 112-Loft Blade 7m-C3 Sting2 39cm then BP Race 36cm.
Was the only one sailing as wind kicked in at 5pm and Geoff you didn't miss anything as the water state was atrocious, seriously cross chopped, gnarly, basically shit!! Again couple glancing hits from carp with one almost had me bucked over the handle bars. To the uninitiated, hitting carp can feel like hitting a rock:-(
The one time I expected to be caddied was my one and only run through the channel on the bottom left of the photo where there were solid weed patches floating on top. You can't see squat on the water after 6 pm when sailing west into the sun. No caddies, good and to cap off I lucked sailing out through a gap in the reed banks getting out:-) Some intense sailing and all intact:-)
