| Peter (48505km): 3 categories    Kalmus, Cape Cod. The forecast had predicted steady wind in the low 20s all day, so we got up at 5 am, hoping to get some decent distance. But the wind had other plans, and was very up and down. At the beginning and during the middle of the day, the water was suprisingly bumpy for SSW, probably because it had blown all night. Between forced breaks due to lack of wind, some slogging, and being mostly and FS & FSW gear due to the chop, got only mediocre distance. But it was fun to get to sail a lot. | ||||||||||||||||||
