turned into a big day at SP, started out early to try for an hour for the November hour of power, first half was good, just cruised and made sure to drop no gybes, then the wind switched on big time and second half went pear shaped quickly, big bumps out in middle, and no flat water on other side for gybing, couldnt get comfortable at all but hung on to finish the hour. Hard yacka.
Came in for a break just as the captain was heading out, said my favourite fin was in his van for me, fresh from a tune up in the workshop. Rigged the 5.7 and 80l and headed up to the SP speed strip, did a few runs with the flying doctor. Good team turn out today that turned out to be a very windy one. Thanks for the fin captain, I think its even better than it was before.

Couldn't find my mojo this afternoon. Rushed from work and couldn't seem to settle my nerves sailing in the nuking wind.
Happy with my peak especially noting it was in the chop. Go figure???
