Initially Isonic 90 and 6.3, then after lunch F2 Missile and 5.5m Very light in the morning, it seemed to build graduallly throughout the day. Although the 5.5 was never reallly enough. Worked on my Alphas today - Happy to get a 24 Had a minor stack which resulted in pull out a foot strap, so called it quits. | ||||||||||||||||||

I thinky we can call sunday epic sunday. shame I could only do 150km today LOL after working last night and having to go to work this arvo only got home 1am. tired and looking forward to bed. sweet times with everyone and congrates so many PB again from all teams fantastic great vibe.
