1 hour attempt. Even with the high tide, weed fin would have been much better choice. Had to stop few times after jibes to clean up the weeds. Wind was picking up while I was rigging and weatherman said it would be windier later in the day but it didn't happen that way, so sailed underpowered on 6.3 most of the time. This place is definitely good for 1 hour, just need to have all the pieces of the puzzle in place. There may be another chance to try on Friday...Now looking forward to some open ocean sailing at Port Aransas Beach on Wednesday morning...
