Quicky for an hour... wind dropped @ 45min, then filled in from the SW after I showered.. :-) C'est la vie. Should have stayed out as it blew hard and the chop dropped on the inside. Took some pictures instead. Nice day on the Outer Banks.

Avon, NC. Slalom racing today, total of 5 races. Reached my goal of finishing each race and not damaging anything, so who cares that my sailing was rather poor? RB 7.0 && FF112 was too small in the morning; SB 7.8 in the afternoon was good until the race start, then the wind picked up and things were too crazy for my taste. Switched back to the 7.0 and Falcon 89, but was exhausted when I made it back to the start line just as the 3 minute flag was going up, so decided to stay out of everyone's way. Smart decision since I blew most jibes. Fun to see Andy Brandt rip on a Kona One, getting a 1st and a 2nd place in the afternoon races.

Avon, NC,  First time tried OBX Slalom race. Great experience. Need to learn How-To.
