NZL12 (63km): My top speed of the day on the Mistral Equipe II and blue 7.4m sail. I sailed from Canning Bridge to MBSC and back on separate GPS files. It was survival in the river and not ideal for speed sailing. I think Canning River would be better for top speed as it is flatter. I wasn't going up to Point Walter in today's conditions. The blue sail is now retired. Pelican Point, WA, AU
Zuls (1682km): Glory Holes, Australind, WA, AU Fanatic 90, NP EVO 7 6.4, 25 speed weed. Too shallow to get into the flat water, but fun short session. Only 1 kite out and one other poley. My team went missing, probably smacking out PB at Mandurah.
BSN101 (13840km): JPSS101 Tribal WS25 NP Hornet 6.2 My second session at Fangy Land. The gate was open and we all had a play after the gate keeper left for family duties. First time on the JP101 as its only 2 days old. What a ripper! Plenty fast but my canmore said faster by 1.5knts. Ill try harder next time. Steve came up from Busso after having a long look at GH. Plenty of others out and nice to meet up with Flatchat again after a year or so. Young jake smashing it. Decrepit is such a smooth operator and what a hat he had on, seriously not for the horse races! Well done to all who braved the burgs & chop(????). Coodanup, WA, AU
Old Salt (13930km): Nice Fangyland day!! And very few mandurah mobbers to dodge!! more pinnas dodging handbags than Mobbers hitting the water.
Great to catch up with everyone, and look forward to a few more raids to the "rough waters" of Fangys in the coming months. Thanks all. Can someone clean up the excessive weed berg issue? I saw a pelican standing on one today
