JPSS125 Tribal WS35 NP Hornet 6.2

Three out today with me, Steve & Chris. great to have them out in trying conditions, steve with a shredded hand from last week but looking quite MJ with the glove and Chris on the Carve 131 & GA5.5 having a ball between catapults & swims.

Me, well my 1hr was a vast improvement but I can do better if the wind comes to the party, I got a few more session before the end of the month. Pretty up and down, on and off day with really heavy tunnels of wind that made the 6.2 a handful and other times sub-planing. Water was smoothish & rough as in other places as you would expect close to 1km off. Coming home as the wind dropped to yellow arrows was a long drawn-out beat into the wind for about a NM at walking speeds. I know this because there was a guy on the beach walking and I caught him but didn't pass him (soul-destroying or what!)

And the first to hit 30knts in Busso too, Yay! Just LOL

Went out for a 2 sec mission to crack the big 30 in West Busselton.....never been done before..... unless you count dave driving home in his car!! Sneaky trick Dave but when the track leads to your driveway, we are on to you.

And then Dave finally gets the 30 anyway. Well done mate.

Ill be interested to see Chris's numbers when they come through.

So so day. Still in fair bit of pain with a damaged left hand, but couldn't resist a late blast.

Went too small on pretty much everything. Mental note for next time
