The combo was just right today, but in my haste to load everything into the car after it was totally emptied for servicing the other day, I forgot the bag containing my GPS, towel and sunscreen. At least I remembered board, sails, booms, fins ect. So, I am scoreless, wet, and sunburnt, but I had a good time. There was enough water to use a more upright fin today, and still get comfortably over the sandbar. My gybing started out badly but steadily improved during the session, so I an happy.

More wind than expected again. Tried the Mach2 7.0 this time and its a beauty, very happy.
Quite well powered most of the time.
The carpark at Carlisle st is now closed for the dredging work which is a bummer.

Good to be back on the KAR6.3, running a SDM this time around so a bit of getting used to the stiffer setting of the sail, changed boards down from the 98 to the 88, such a sweet little board just need to redo the back deck grip as everytime when going for a gybe the foot sliped a bit nerving so took it easy on the gybes on the 88. Good to see Kenny smashing it out there as well as late arrival Snake, maybe the 7.8 was the go it started to ease off a bit when he hitt the water with the 7, also good to see Barneys dad smashing it out there as well.

Looked a lot stronger than 18-23 knots reported on the seabreeze website so rigged the 5m which was a bit underdone. Boz and Snake out there doing big speeds.

Good fun knocking off work early and tooling around Melville in variable moderate wind while getting used to some new gear and trying to build some fitness for the awesome months ahead. My back was fine but now my neck hurts. Good thing I'm a youngster.

Foiled again! ( not the other type) rigged for a stiffining breeze ( take note Pacey) but alas it didn't deliver. But I like being an optimist and had a great sail.
Fairly gusty with a few holes but that makes a it more challenging and a good workout.
Saw Pointman blazing around looking pretty quick.

Nice late arvo sesh at Peli.

I thought there might be a decent hour on the cards, but the breeze was a bit too holey for that. Still some lovely powered-up runs across the river to be had, and when all the stink boats effed off it was pretty nice out there

2176 days ago Bit gusty at the start, settled later on. Time just went by, an enjoyable blast. Saw Ricey squeeze in a quick one. The usual Peli folk were out and about also.

Late session in a dying breeze, but still a few good fun runs. Didn't venture too far out given the others had called it, but did manage one spectacular off about a km out when I buried the nose doing a downwinder. These RRDs can get pretty hairy in ocean swell. Don't recall having to fret so much about this with the starboard! Least I got thrown clear and no damage done. Flares can stay in the bag

Rather underpowered but it was interesting what an improvement it made swapping from 27 to 29 fin
Good to see Vincent
