On the ON board with 5.5 NP Fusion sail. Not really the correct sail for the board but thats all i have. Had a great time with Steve, Chris and Dave. Looking forward to next time.

It's been a while since I've been out but the hoodoo is finally broken. 3 injuries in 3 runs...... then everything is back to normal. Took a while to settle in. and spent a while talking to my son who came to visit me on fathers day.... in the rain and wind Surprised what a star!! i think he thinks his dad is a loony for sailing on a day better spent inside!

Drew on the ON board and Chris on his blast, I dont think Ive seen two bigger smiles in a while. It was great to see the team having fun!!!

Captain Dave was overruled on the launch site, and he chose to launch about 5 km up the inlet, but Drew drove his car back and he joined us after surviving a huge squal that came through on his sail back. But he put in some good numbers so I'll be keen to see how they stacked up.

Stretch, as usual, putting on a sailing exhibition on how it should be done in choppy conditions. What a star. Reminds us mere mortals what can be done with the condiitions provided.

Enjoyed that sail but took a little while to find any sort of rhythm, roll on summer.... Please.

Out for a Spring Storm Session, WOOHOO!

A bit of unrest in the camp today and the team & Stretchy decided that a launch from nearer civilisation was the best bet (ambo closer). As i was already rigged i gave my car keys to Deputy and he drove while i waited out a front then hoofed it back to them for an opening NM (nothing to talk about tho. They were almost ready to hit the water when i arrived.

Great to have everyone one on the water in testing conditions. Deputy with the 4pack ON board Chris keeeping the Blast on the water being very effective too Steve out after having a while off the kit. Me, i have to stop faffing with my set up.

Well it was a typical winter storm (one day late) with the conditions going mad to sedate.the water was quite rough at times and when the squalls eased off the water didnt really improve. I had my first big off in a while and went through the sail so not very impressed as i saw it coming. I put up th Hellcat but the wind was dropping so i was under done. I only stayed out for the one run on it as everyone else had finished.

Another great day to be on the water and off the couch
