Canadian Casey (2167km): The wind was a bit up and down headed out on the 8.6m, rrd 112L and tribal 40cm. Was nicely powered up then my boom broke when heading back in. Lucky for me Pete came to the rescue and dragged then gear and myself back, it was bloddy freezing in the water. Thanks Pete I still owe you that beer :)
Swtiched over to the 7.8m Gun GSR had a few good runs a bit patchy but I was loving the tribal fin no spin out at all even in the lulls.

Peter Daish (26108km): Boggy Lake, SA, AU SW 8 to 17 knots in gusts superlight 165L 9,4 with 64 race select,. nice sailing by my self whilst others watched, lol could only manage 27 with that fin, even that was scary over.
had some good runs with Carl on total different rig.
then went to 8.6 and 135L board with 49 race select. Nicer with a bit more controlled speed, nice sailing with Carl but needed more wind
tried now as losing fitness slowly. Great snap of the boom Casey!! | ||||||||||||||||||
Captain bogan (50690km): Boggy Lake, SA, AU - 10 to 17 knots. Alot of fun for a light wind day on big kit. Started out light and filled in nicely. Had some great runs with Daishy alot of fun on different size kits. Bad luck about the boom Casey - we told you it was dodgy lol. Advertise the boom on GPS speedsurfing i am sure one the big guns need a one sided boom for Luderitz. Patrik 115 / 7.7 ka race / Black Project R40 fin.
