Captain bogan (50629km): Boggy Lake, SA, AU - 12 to 15 Mid arvo cruise with a decent turnout. Sam helped me with my battens on my 7m cheers mate and thanks to Martin for sending me the spares. Will be more careful when de-rigging from now on lol. The wind looked good so thought i better try the repaired 7m and very glad i did. On the water it was back to how it used to be and rotation is good again - very happy. Fun cruisy day alot of fun to end the weekend. Started on Patrik 100 and ended up on Patrik 115. Patrik 115 / 100 / 2020 ka sails race 7m / Black Project R375 / Atomic weapon 36 fin.

Trousers (14352km): el Bog - ssw 14-18. it was starting to pick up over the early pm, and punters thought it was going to howl like the day before, so I riggged 6.2m on my 97l with a BPR325. While I was mostly powered, I was a touch underdone - and found I needed to coax it onto the plane most the time. Up and going I was ok, but had to pick my gusts to get upwind. No real speed today, just blasting with the boyz. Tried to follow Pete to the big lake, but didn't have the float or sail to hug the reed bank to get there. Needed my 7m and bigger fin - at least! Big turnout today, great to see Boggy pumping like that and that, even with all the other distractions, windsurfing is still this popular!
