Some alpha practice with higher boom as I try to stop squatting when sailing. Worked on my alphas in the biggest chop offered at Lilacs, up to maybe 40cm! Probably off to work shortly, it has been a good few days sailing with the locals: Jeremy, Shane and Peter :-)
